Building a Brighter Future: Celebrating a Young Person’s CSCS Success

We are proud to announce that one of our YPs has completed his CSCS course. Through determination, resilience, and the support of from our incredible staff, he successfully completed the course and passed his exam with confidence.

From the very beginning, staff worked closely with him to encourage attendance, build confidence, and provide practical support throughout the process. This included helping him get organised, preparing him for the health and safety test, arranging his transport, and offering consistent motivation when challenges arose.

It is a significant step towards his independence, employability, and a brighter future. Gaining a CSCS qualification has opened doors to more opportunities and given him more confidence to believe in his own abilities.
