Meet Our Team
Here at Prefer Homes, we have a a team of highly skilled and experienced support workers with a range of different qualifications and attributes, making each one essential to the day to day running of the project. Each individual member brings something different to the team, however they all work in partnership to ensure the utmost exceptional support is provided.
Each staff member is required to partake in Safeguarding training, other additional qualifications are listed below, although this list is not exhaustive:

I have worked in Health and Social Care supporting people for over 23 years and during that time have gained valuable insight, skills and knowledge which I like to share with others.
I envisage a life filled with purpose and meaning, where I can make a difference in the lives of others.
I will prioritise my relationships with loved ones and dedicate my time and resources to helping those in need.
You can often find me walking on the beach near to where I live with my two dogs, Tucker and kia Staffordshire bull terriers who I rescued.
I practise Ashtanga Yoga, enjoy Pilates and swimming to keep fit and promote good well being and mental health. I love to cook, enjoy healthy eating and like to promote this at home and in the workplace.

Hi my name is Jacqui I come from a background in care and I have a Degree in Public Health. I four grown children and two grand children. I am currently studying for a Leadership course, which I feel will help me bring further knowledge into this aspect of care.
I was a scout leader for the local troop in the past and enjoyed the many facet that this entailed.
I enjoy reading, home DIY and time spent with my family.

I am a compassionate healthcare professional with over four years of experience in various care settings, currently serving as a Young People Support Worker. My expertise lies in providing essential support to diverse populations, ensuring their dignity, privacy, and independence are upheld.
My role includes supporting young people in acquiring vital skills that will empower them to lead independent lives after leaving the support accommodation. Beyond my healthcare career, I am an IT enthusiast currently pursuing a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of a rapidly evolving field.
